Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account (such as your name and email), your practice activity, and the transcripts of your mock interviews so we can score them and track your progress.

How we use it

Your data is used to deliver the service: generating feedback, tracking your scores over time, and personalizing your action plan. We never sell your personal data, and we do not use your interview transcripts to train third-party models.

Voice data

During live voice mocks, audio is processed in real time to power the interview and produce a transcript. Transcripts are stored with your account so you can replay and review sessions.

Data security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your settings.

Your choices

You can update account details, manage billing, or delete your account from settings. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove personal account data and practice history unless we are required to retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, tax, or legal reasons.
